PAUL FRANCIS

Nobody "does" Charles Dickens like the BBC, a few of our independent TV stations think that they can do it but they are very much also rans compared with the authenticity and high production values of BBCTV. The TV version of Martin Chuzzlewit was a classic example of the BBC at their best and I can recommend it to everyone. Paul Francis played the orphan Bailey who is woven through the rich tapestry of this superb novel. Paul was called upon to play humour, fear, illness among other emotions, all of which he did with complete command, he is a most accomplished young actor. I also saw him in an episode of "Just William" where he was equally impressive.
