If ever there was a natural child actor then Hal Scardino is the genuine article. If you haven't seen the magical "The Indian in the Cupboard" then you should see it now! Hal plays the lead as the little boy whose magical cupboard brings his toy figures to life. Hal gives a wonderful, sensitive performance that is absolutely full of charm and is as good as anything you will ever see. The special FX in this movie are quite stunning and are added to by Hal's incredible acting when all he must have been seeing was a blue screen. If anyone knows what Hal is doing now please let us know.
