Here's another guy who doesn't need any introduction from me. Would somebody explain to me in words of one syllable just why this kid did not get an Oscar. Just what do you have to do? Haley's performance in "The Sixth Sense" was as good as it gets, make no mistake this was no easy part that a guy could get by on a few stock in trade expressions - a few cute grimaces at the camera - this required pure naked talent and that's what Haley gave it. I watched the movie three times and he got better every time I saw it. This was a flawless performance by one of the most talented child actors of our time. I'm sure there's a lot of us out here who were really hoping that Haley would get the Oscar he so richly deserved, and yet we knew in our hearts that they wouldn't give it to him. In passing am I the only one who thinks that he has a passing resemblance in delivery and style to Joseph Mazzello?
