Here's a guy who most certainly shouldn't be forgotten. Hugh took the lead role of Simon in "Simon and the Witch". It ran for about three series of six fifteen minute episodes and I thought that Hugh was quite brilliant in all of them. Hugh had superb timing and his playing of comedy was deft and assured, he was one of my favourite child actors. His pauses and expressions brought more humour to the scenes than many of the lines - and he was a super looking little kid as well. I never saw him in anything else and was always surprised that he didn't go on to be a major star as he seemed to have everything going for him. I guessed that it was because he had decided to give up acting - but what a loss to us all. If anyone knows what Hugh is doing now please let us know.
