It must be a pretty daunting task taking over a role from another actor and particularly so when that actor is Noah Hathaway! After all Atreyu was almost the character that Noah was born to play. That having been said I thought that Kenny made a really excellent Atreyu in "The NeverEnding Story 2". Although I personally felt that the first one was by far the better Kenny would have been equally at home in either "chapter". I particularly liked the fact that Kenny didn't copy Noah's Atreyu but developed his own interpretation of the character. He was certainly less aggressive and arrogant than Noah's Atreyu being much more circumspective. However that brought an extra poignancy to the movie when he is turned on by his erstwhile friend Bastian, a neat twist to establish a different characterization. So OK what is this guy up to these days please?

So what has Kenny been up to these days? Well, he has been busy. He currently has a successful photography business. He also continues to audition for roles, awaiting his next big break. Morrison continues to write and develop new ideas in order to act and direct new projects. He recently wrote, starred, and directed the short film; "Who Is Bobby Starr?" For his efforts, Kenny was awarded the best actor in a short at the 2001 Method Fest Film Festival in Pasadena, CA.
