Lucien John appeared in the superb 1971 Australian movie "Walkabout" that starred Jenny Agutter. "Walkabout" was one of those ground breaking movies, like "Kes" and "Midnight Cowboy" that actually define the state of the art of film-making in a country at a particular time. This was a movie like none we had seen before and it was in at the beginning (with "Stormboy") of the birth of Australia as a great film and TV making nation. Lucien John was actually, I believe the son of the director of "Walkabout", Nicholas Roeg. I don't know how old Lucien was when he made this movie but he looks very young. Nevertheless he gives a great performance opposite Jenny Agutter. I recommend anyone who has not seen this movie to view a copy of it as soon as possible.
